Prospects Monitoring

Sally was asked to put together a panel of young people to monitor the progress of prospects. We had an initial meeting to discuss ideas and what we could do and then got to go tubing. The group started with Connexions. We wanted to know what they were offering and whether they were doing a good job of delivering what they said they would. We used mystery shopping and questionnaires to gather information, we also looked at the website to see how easy it was to use and understand. We have put together all of the results and the information will go to the commissioning board so they can see our findings.
